This week we delve into the magic elixir, Cachaca. While in Finland, our Brazilian friends offered us a bottle of this traditional Brazilian drink and we wrangled our dear French friend to help us discover what they drink in Brazil.

Caipirinha Recipe
(The Redneck)

1 lime, quartered
2 teaspoons fine sugar
2 ounces cachaca

Place the lime wedges and sugar into an old-fashioned glass.
Muddle well.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour in the cachaca.
Stir well.

BOOM! Easy.

This cachaça is not the better to make caipirinha, try to buy the white one next time, the white is the pure one, cachaça that have Brown color have some taste of wood

sorry ppl :/ but this cachaça not tis the original one :/ im from brazil . this cachaça its the with suggar and banana … not too alcoholic and on rly it taste good … but not its good to make an caipirinha , on the next one try one named Ypioca ! its one of the original cachaça and the better to make a caipirinha ^^ ! cya ^^
