Aldasoro Dumont, If Cachaca and Tequila Had A Baby…

Aldasoro Dumont, a hybrid of Cachaca and Tequila brought together, imagine a caipirinha meets a margarita. Then change it, turn it around and you have the Aldasoro Dumont Cocktail.

The problem is, if you really love a caipirinha for its cachaca flavor you may find the tequila is a bit of a turn-off. If you love a margarita for its flavor, you might find cachaca is a bit of an over-bearing twin brother. But, if you’re open to trying something new, you may like it.

Personally, Derrick prefers the flavor of tequila. Overall, this should give you a mybrid of the aviation with the use of Creme de Violette.

Of course, by the end of the video Derrick starts calling it a vesper.

Spikes Productions says:

QOTD: I’m going to have to agree with Derrick on this one—I love rum!
My favorite type of rum changes constantly between light, dark, spiced, and aged, but I think it’s safe to say rum is my favorite liquor 😀

Ty Summers says:

Ice cold vodka. Shots of it has a minimum amount of burn and minimum amount of calories 🙂

Danny M says:

Rum, all of them, because they are all so very versatile. It just doesn’t get much better than a really tasty rum. Though I do love some Honey Irish Whiskey, you can’t use it in very many recipes.

liesofthepast says:

I’d like to say whisky but if I need to be more specific I’d say bourbon. I really like scotch or tequila but it just seems like there is so much difference between brands going on in bourbon that I just love it. Plus ‘murica and what not.

Dave G says:

2 limes, 1 drink. Good job.

T-ROY COOKS says:

Thanks for making me the Producer for this episode Derrick. And thanks for putting mentioning my channel. I’ll be watching you guys live tonight. It’s my Friday nite thing to do!!! Have a great weekend!! Troy Smith

C-SPAM says:

Gin is my favorite alcohol because it makes me pour my lime juice into my passion fruit juice.
