Tequila Cocktail Recipe – Anejo Honey Sour

How to make an Anejo Honey Sour

The Anejo Honey Sour recipe is a delicious, textural tequila cocktail with a touch of honey. Reminiscent of a Tommy’s Margarita but with a few substitutions – honey instead of agave and lemon juice instead of lime juice – with a healthy dose of tequila!

– 60mL Anejo Tequila (2 oz)
– 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice (¾ oz)
– 15mL Honey Syrup [3:1] (½ oz)
– ½ Egg White (optional)

1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Dry shake
3. Add ice and shake
4. Strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass
5. Garnish with a slice of orange

Truly inspiring and creative .

It looks great and simple. I will try this cocktail but not with Jimador. Pretty cheap, almost bottom shelf quality.

For my sins I’ve not considered tequila as a cocktail ingredient.

This drink looks so good! As for the video, the background is pretty sweet. But maybe the sun worked against you in this vid? I find it a bit harsh to look at. Other than that I really liked the closeup shots. I think with a few extra touches it will look incredible. Keep it up!
