WILLIAMS GB EXTRA DRY Gin and Tonic Review (by Steve the Barman)

Williams GB Extra Dry Gin is blooming lovely! It’s part of the Chase Family of Spirits. Which are mostly made from the very same Potatoes that they grow on their Farm.

[Excuse the verbal blunder after 20 seconds! 😇 ]

William Chase decided to switch from making Tyrrells Crisps to Chase Spirits around 2008. Now, not only do they make Vodka, but some lovely Gins too. As well as some superb Liqueurs, namely Elderflower and Rhubarb.

This Gin is a Classic, Traditional Gin. None of the fruity twists I’ve been reviewing recently. This is as Juniper Lead as it gets. Big heavy Juniper Flavours on the nose and Palate. I’ve used Peter Spantons Cardamom Tonic with this as the Tonic compliments the Botanicals perfectly. And i’ve used the suggested Garnish which is Lemon and Ginger. Just an amazing Gin and Tonic!!
