I like what you said about whiskey producers out pricing the public. You may find a drop off of established producers. There are many new producers in Canada. There whiskies are starting to be very good.
So if this is the new trend I will be buying local or artisan whiskies in the future. I’ll only save the scotch for very special occasions. If I just want a bottle to share with friends I’ll go to something else.
