How to Make The Premium Margarita – Best Drink Recipes

This premium margarita is a cocktail consisting of tequila, triple sec (such as Cointreau) and lime or lemon juice, often served with salt on the glass’s rim. It is the most common tequila-based cocktail in the United States. The drink is served shaken with ice (on the rocks), blended with ice (frozen margarita), or without ice (straight up). We add an Egg white to this delicious drink.

So many mistakes in this video…. If you gonna use eggwhite you need to dryshake it first, that means you put every ingridient in first than shake with no ice, to build up the foam, then you add ice and shake again. And for the glas you only rim half the glas or leave a space for your mouth so you can drink it if you prefer to not have salt. A classic Margarita is served in a cocktalglas or a Margarita-glas/coupette. I prefer the glas you use but your ice is terrible! You need one huge block of ice not shards that will melt and dilute the drink. And lastly you should double strain it so you dont add even more fastly melting ice and watering the drink even more. There is only limejuice and no lemon in a Margarita. Eggwhite is good in some drinks, Margarita is not one of them. Even though eggwhite don´t taste that much in general it softens it to much in this case. Also i recommend to have the glas in the freezer. Also to much orange liquer you only need 1 cl because you also use simplesyrup that lifts the flavours.
