Just picked up a Bavarian whisky called Smokey Monk. I remember you said that had a smoky ham taste too. The Monk is smoked over beechwood though. Tasted more like burning leaves but this is more campfire to me. Danke
I chuckled when you made the same sounds (“Mmmm – Hmmm!”) your father does when tasting something ‘impactful’ (regardless if it is good or bad).
